3W Networks the regions premier Systems Integrator was awarded by a leading Engineering and Construction company the execution of the Telecom & Security Systems for the Ethane Deep Recovery Project at the Uthmaniyah Gas Plant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Uthmaniyah is one of the six areas of Ghawar field. The Ghawar field is the largest-producing oil field in Saudi Arabia and the largest known field in the world based on reserves. Ghawar is a single field divided into six areas. From north to south these are: Fazran; Ain Dar; Shedgum; Uthmaniyah; Haradh; and Hawiyah. The project consists in construction of a gas plant that will recover ethane, propane and other natural gas liquids from 1.4 Bcf/d of sales gas produced from the Ghawar field. The Uthmaniyah gas plant has a processing capacity of 2.5 Bcf/d.
3W Networks will deliver the Telecommunication and Security Systems including Telephone Network System, Data Network System, In-Plant Voice Paging System, CCTV System, TETRA Radio System, Outside Plant System, Audio/Video Conferencing System for the the Ethane Deep Recovery to facilitate efficiency and security at the Uthaniya Gas Plant. The scope of work includes Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Testing and Commissioning.
