WWW.NETWORKS secures maintenance agreements in Oman & Yemen

WWW.NETWORKS recently secured 2 maintenance contracts with an Oil & Gas company and a leading GSM operator. These contracts complement the existing maintenance and repair business currently undertaken by the company.

Oman Gas Company 

This is a 2 year maintenance contract to support the extensive Marconi SDH and Nokia PDH pipeline communications system installed by WWW.NETWORKS in 2002 for the Oman Gas Company.

The contract is held through Invensys ME which is the prime contractor providing support for pipeline instrumentation and SCADA.

Our scope of work includes a telephone help desk on a 24/7 basis as well as on site preventative maintenance activities requiring our engineers to visit the sites on a 6 monthly basis.

SABAFON

This is a 16 month maintenance contract to support a significant installation of Nokia PDH radios installed in 2003 for Sabafon, the premier GSM operator in Yemen.

This contract is held through Tellabs in the UK which is the prime contractor providing support for the overall GSM network.

Our scope of work includes a telephone help desk on a 24/7 basis as well as on site support and software maintenance to the installed base of Nokia FlexiHopper PDH radio equipment.
