Siemens (Pakistan), one of the leading EPC contractors for Dubai Electricity and Water (DEWA) has selected WWW.NETWORKS as their communications subcontractor for the 132/11kV substation, Dubai Investment Park-1.
The solution involves the design, supply and installation of Marconi OMS1200 (formerly known as the SMA1/4 UC) and Nokia DN2 PDH equipment. The communications system will carry critical voice and data signals between sites and also connect to existing DEWA Nokia back bone network.
WWW.NETWORKS has previously completed work for DEWA both directly and via other EPC contractors.
